Al Hadi Mart ships to addresses within Malaysia. We currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping is available to all states in Peninsular Malaysia and selected areas in Sabah and Sarawak.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination location (Peninsular Malaysia vs. East Malaysia)
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed in your cart before checkout. Free shipping may apply to orders over a specified amount.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  1. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Al Hadi Mart is not responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with order number, photographs of damaged packaging, and tracking information. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
